Garden Services offers three types of lawn turf, all of which are freshly cut to order.

  • Cultivated Lawn Turf

  • Arena Lawn Turf

  • RTF Lawn Turf

Our turf is supplied in  one square metre rolls ( 1m2)  with delivered prices starting at £3.24 per roll for orders over 50 square metres. 

Our delivery service covers an area within a twenty mile radius of Banbury. Please note that deliveries are kerbside only unless a prior arrangement has been made.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and cheques supplied with a guarantee card.

Cultivated Lawn Turf

Minimum Order 20 square metres

Used in family lawns and Amenity landscaping.

Our cultivated lawn turf has been grown from seed specially for the purpose of producing lawns and sports turf. The grasses used are broad-leaved, fast growing, and leave spaces in the lawn.

This lawn turf is a hard wearing general purpose lawn turf ideal for family lawns. It is sourced through a number of accredited growers to ensure that we are able to offer the best quality turf in the market place at the time of ordering.

Recommended cut height 25mm.

Arena Lawn Turf

Minimum Order 50 square metres

Used in family lawns and Amenity landscaping

Arena is widely used in landscaping for its consistency and reliability. It’s used on public parks, domestic lawns, business and science parks, and commercial landscaping.

Arena contains the latest varieties of dwarf ryegrasses to give a really tough, hard wearing turf. Gone are the days of the old types of ryegrass, which were coarse and very fast growing. Today, the modern ryegrasses are fine-leaved, slow growing, and easy to maintain.

Fescue and smooth stalked meadow grass are included in the mixture to provide the density of sward expected in a high quality turf. Recommended cut height 12 - 25mm.

RFT Logo

RTF (rhizomatous tall fescue) Lawn Turf

Minimum Order 50 square metres

Used in family lawns with problems of drought, water-logging and partial shade.

RTF lawn turf is a great new development in amenity lawn turf as it can tolerate a range of tough conditions and has the added benefits of being hard wearing, easy to maintain and has a consistent and excellent all year round colour.

It is a new type of tall fescue, which produces rhizomes. A rhizome is an underground stem that grows outwards from the main plant, producing more shoots as it goes. In this way RTF has the ability to repair itself, and produce a nice dense mat of grass.

With low water and nutrient requirements, coupled with its rhizomatous recovery it is ideal for use in environmentally sustainable situations.

RTF has a broad leaf, so is not suitable for fine lawns. Recommended cut height is 35-75mm.

 
 

Caution: Please note that bulk loads are delivered using large, heavy vehicles it is your responsibility to ensure good levels of access. If a vehicle cannot gain access and make a delivery you will still be required to pay the cost of transport. In addition any damages caused to drives etc by the weight of these vehicles are your responsibility - a full vehicle can weigh up to 44 tonnes and in very rare cases this can cause damage to underground pipes etc. If you have any queries concerning this or any other issue please call us on the number below
